DHA Phase 8 is the newest, coastal part of DHA Karachi and its biggest growth zone. It includes Al Murtaza Commercial, Zulfiqar Commercial, Peninsula Commercial, the Main Khayaban-e-Shaheen corridor, and Phase 8 Extension along Beach Avenue. Large parts of the phase are still being built, so Phase 8 is where most investors look for commercial plots and new buildings.
Most of our Phase 8 listings are commercial. Investors buy plots to build or hold, and businesses rent ground floors and brand new offices as the area fills up.
What’s available in DHA Phase 8
- Commercial plots for sale: 100, 200 and 400 sq yd plots in Al Murtaza, Zulfiqar and Peninsula. Prices start at about PKR 4 Crore for smaller and residential plots and go well above PKR 50 Crore for prime 400 sq yd and corner plots.
- Commercial buildings: for sale at about PKR 25 Crore and up, including beach-facing projects on Main Beach Avenue. Brand new buildings for rent start at about PKR 10 Lac a month.
- Ground floors, shops and basements: for rent at about PKR 3.5 to 18 Lac a month.
- Offices: for sale at about PKR 1.2 to 3.9 Crore, or for rent from about PKR 1.3 Lac a month.
